1. Working principle of cone bending machine:

The final gear of the main reducer drives the two lower roller gears to mesh and rotate, providing torque for the rolled plate. The flat plastic metal plate of the plate rolling machine is subjected to multiple continuous bending processes (inner layer compression deformation, middle layer unchanged, outer layer tensile deformation) through the three working rollers (two lower rollers, one upper roller) of the plate rolling machine, with the help of the lower roller's downward pressure and rotational motion, to produce plastic deformation and roll it into the required cone tube or part of it. This rolling machine is used for rolling steel plates with a thickness of less than 20mm.
2. Main structure
The main structure of the equipment consists of an upper roller device and a pressing device, a lower roller device, a main transmission device, a flipping device, left and right side frames, and a base.

The material of the upper roller is 45 # steel forging, quenched and tempered HB245-285, and sliding bearings are installed on the bearing seats at both ends of the upper roller.
The upper roller sliding bearing is made of SF-2 composite material.
The pressing device is powered by a secondary motor and transmits torque mechanically through a reducer, worm gear, and screw nut, driving the upper roller to move up and down. The material of the worm gear and nut is zinc based alloy ZA27; The worm gear material is a 45 # forging, which has undergone quenching and tempering treatment HB245-285.
2-2. Lower roller device
The lower roller device consists of a lower roller, a lower roller bearing seat, a lower roller open gear, a lower roller sliding bearing, etc. The lower roller is the active roller, which is driven by the main transmission output gear, the lower roller open gear, and the transmission torque of the lower roller.
The material of the lower roller is 45 # steel forging, which has undergone quenching and tempering treatment HB245-285; The material of the lower roller gear is 45 # steel, which has undergone quenching and tempering treatment HB245-285, and the tooth surface has undergone high-frequency quenching treatment HRC45-50.
The lower roller sliding bearing is made of SF-2 composite material.
2-3. Main transmission device
The main transmission device consists of a main motor, gear reducer, brake, etc.
2-4. Overturning device
The tipping device consists of a tipping frame, a locking pin, etc.
2-5. Left and right racks, base
The left and right side frames and bases are welded steel plates and undergo vibration aging treatment after welding.
3. Electrical control system
The equipment application control system consists of an electrical control cabinet and an operation console. Power supply 380V/50HZ. The main switch has short-circuit protection and overload protection functions for the main motor. The forward and reverse rotation of the motor system is controlled by an AC contactor; Strong current control components include circuit breakers, fuses, contactors, thermal relays, buttons, switches, indicator lights, etc.
In order to protect the operation and stability of the equipment, limit switches are installed at the terminals of each moving part of the equipment, and emergency stop buttons are installed on the fixed side rack.
The control cabinet is equipped with all control buttons, indicator lights, etc. for completing the product rolling process, in order to control the operation and various working states of the whole machine.
